  - From the Export Video dialogue change ‘Target’ to ‘MP4 (h.264)’
  - Change ‘Video Profile’ to ‘HD 720p 25 fps (1280x720)’
  - Click the ‘Advanced’ tab
  - From ‘Video Settings’ change ‘Bit Rate / Quality’ to ‘1.5 Mb/s’ (or less) to reduce the file size.
