Install new PHP version:
v-add-web-php 8.3
Change user PHP CLI version using GUI.
Change system default php version:
v-change-sys-php 8.3
To access website html folder using FTP.
Allow main/tenant user to loging with bash.
Create additional ftp account
Use Filezilla to login with that account. (Use explicit FTP over TLS if available).
The html docroot will be accessible.
