Install OBS

For wayland Install xcb, vnc

sudo zypper in xcb vnc

For wayland set env

  export QT_QPA_PLATFORM="xcb"

Run obs from console

1.2.1 Reduce file size

From the Export Video dialogue change ‘Target’ to ‘MP4 (h.264)’
Change ‘Video Profile’ to ‘HD 720p 25 fps (1280×720)’
Click the ‘Advanced’ tab
From ‘Video Settings’ change ‘Bit Rate / Quality’ to ‘1.5 Mb/s’ (or less) to reduce the file size.
