Architectural Description of Software-Intensive Systems

This Reference Architecture follows the ANSI /IEEE Std 1471-2000 and ISO/IEC 42010-2007 standard. Recommended Practice for Architectural Description of Software-Intensive Systems.

An architectural description conforming to the ANSI/IEEE 1471- 2000::ISO/IEC 42010-2007 recommended practice is described by a clau se that includes the following six (6) elements: 1. Architectural description identification, version, and overview information

  1. Identification of the system stakeholders and their concerns judged to be relevant to the architecture
  2. Specifications of each viewpoint that has been selected to or ganize the repres entation of the architecture and the rationale for those selections
  3. One or more architectural views
  4. A record of all known inconsistencies among the architectural description’s required constituents
  5. A rationale for selection of the architecture (i n particular, showing how the architecture supports the identified stakehol ders’ concerns)
